Description:
Propra is automating resident property management. The platform introduces modern technology to an industry stuck using outdated, non-scalable, and fragmented systems or even just pen and paper. Propra’s all-in-one solution integrates every aspect of property management on a single tab, built for all stakeholders. Since product launch in May 2022, Propra has seen 28% month over month traction on minimal capital raised to date. Customers are already seeing the value created through Propra’s technology as a measurable return on investment.
This project would give Propra capacity to further offer customers a strong onboarding experience and to build self onboarding mechanisms so that all customers enjoy a high touch onboarding journey.
