Description:
MBRP is a North American leader in performance exhaust but needs to re-engineer it’s processes to onshore/insource currently outsourced products for better profitability, quality and to achieve a more flexible manufacturing process. It has targeted both exhaust components such as mufflers, brackets in both the powersports exhaust as well as vehicle specific opportunities. Moreover, as MBRP begins insourcing, MBRP will need to adopt technologies to improve production throughput, to meet demand with current production space and manpower increases.
