Description:
New School Foods has created it’s first product - a plant-based fillet of salmon that looks, cooks, tastes and flakes like fish. The firm is ready to start external taste tests with professional chefs. The feedback from those chefs will help us improve our product as we prepare for our initial launch. We have also identified some regulatory restrictions on our ingredients that must be slightly modified in order to proceed with our commercial launch in the US. This project will help us reach our commercialization targets in 2024.
