Description:
The youth employee hired through this program will work on business, technical, and technology-related projects to help the firm advance its research and development activities related to aquaponics, cannabis production, sustainable agriculture, and waste reduction. The youth employee will aid in the development, assessment, and validation of new processes in the firm's cultivation, post-production, and quality assurance departments, will conduct market analyses for the new products developed from the firm's R&D activities, and support business development for those products and activities.
