Description:
The project would include a three-fold approach with an aim to increase efficiency in the areas of marketing, recruiting and safety within our organization. There will be an aim to document the processes utilized to ensure systems are improved moving forward.
The marketing director will:
- increase marketing efforts by strategizing, implementing, and documenting processes to reach new potential customers in the areas of building science engineers.
- increase efforts to source and verify qualified sub-contractors to increase potential work capacity. These processes will also be systemized to ensure efforts continue to become more efficient.
- create a plan and system to ensure safety procedures are being utilized
