At ProHara, our Accessible Customer Service Training Certification Program supports Canadian organizations to become leaders in providing customer service excellence to persons with disabilities. Our French Language Expansion Project will allow ProHara to develop our certification program into French. This will allow more Canadians to learn about accessible customer service. ProHara will grow and scale into an expanded market and further establish our company as an inclusive training provider in both official languages. This furthers our mission to help create a world where people of all abilities are provided with equitable opportunities to access the goods and services they need, while feeling welcome, dignified and accepted.
