Description:
Equity compensation (e.g. Stock Options) is an essential component of an employee’s Total Rewards, but most organizations are not able to effectively model or communicate the value of equity compensation to their teams. The purpose of this project is to ingest equity grant data and manage workflows associated with equity-based compensation across the Barley Platform. This includes importing/integrating equity grant data, developing workflows for proposing new equity grants and equity refreshes, and communicating the value of equity compensation through a Total Rewards portal.
