Description:
The aim of this project is to develop a new production process in a controlled environment to obtain a uniform texture for salt crystals commonly known as fleur de sel. The firm intends to vary the environmental conditions it identifies in the laboratory. This project will enable the firm to consistently produce homogeneous salt crystals in a controlled environment.
