Description:
This project will create a full-time Management Trainee position at The Bagel Oven. The new hire will participate in the successful execution of weekly operations and free up current management to develop and implement a plan to grow the business both exponentially and sustainably. Over the course of the year, the new hire will be increasingly engaged in the plan and the management of our production line and front of house operations including the marketing thereof and staff supervision therein. The goal is that at the end of the year, we have a fully engaged, business savvy employee ready to take on a leadership position within the operation of our primary production facility and storefront.
