Description:
Metal to plastics conversion project to achieve Co2 reduction / weight savings in replacing Metal Z bars utilized in the construction of residential and low rise housing. Z Bars are utilized to support exterior insulation and support cladding while creating the air gap between the wall and exterior sheeting. The plastics Z bar also eliminates the need for a plastic insulator sleeve placed over the metal component utilized as a thermal break.
