Description:
This project will provide an automated way of managing transcription workflows and employee productivity. These tasks are currently done through Google Drive and manual reporting via a browser based tool respectively. The goal of this project is to optimize the transcription operations workflow to improve staff productivity through gamification of the production reporting process, and the ability to provide predictive text expansion as an extension to the current manual text expansion.
