Description:

MicroSintesis is developing a Bioassay Platform that will be used to determine the potency of current and future products, and to validate the anti-virulence mode of action of candidate products against target pathogens of commercial interest. The collection of analytical and biological assays for the Bioassay Platform will monitor: 1) Virulence and Quorum Sensing Gene Expression changes, in selected pathogens, to the presence of the technology 2) Phenotypic behavioural response of selected pathogen to virulence gene changes 3) In vivo Clinical response to pathogen behaviour changes due to quorum inhibition
