Main project aims are to examine the impact of renovations on home valuations and the extent to which they contribute to added value. Additionally, further investigation will be done regarding to which specific renovations contribute to faster selling times and higher sale prices. A comprehensive dataset of properties sold within the past 20 years will be analyzed with a focus on the renovations undertaken. The project will help gain insights into the most effective renovations for maximizing value and expediting home sales.
