This project is a customer acquisition tool. Based on key parameters inputted by a customer specific projects are displayed to allow the customer to understand how we can help them realize their end product. This management suite of products that will be developed also includes resource tracking as well as 360 review tool to optimize performance by reducing costs. The end product is an outbound customer acquisition tool as well as an internal optimization tool to facilitate project workflow and improve employee performance. The result is improved customer experience and increased revenue while improving internal efficiencies.
