Description:
The project involves developing an online equipment and energy dashboard (ADDAPT) and database specifically designed for assisting commissioning (Cx) and recommissioning (RCx) projects. ADDAPT will streamline the RCx process, reduce costs, track and validate carbon reduction credits. ADDAPT is a living repository for client buildings and projects, so a client can track equipment and testing during construction and can access the same data years later for continual ongoing commissioning best practices. ADDAPT also tracks and monitors energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions using physical submeters installed on the main energy systems. ADDAPT provides a suite of features via containing building equipment and historical energy information.
