Cannabis-containing food and beverage products have been widely marketed across Canada and the United States as offering some of the therapeutic effects associated with cannabis in consumer-packaged good form. However, due to the chemical complexity and botanical origin of many cannabis raw materials used to infuse consumer products, achieving purified materials is an industry-wide challenge. Peak Processing Solutions is developing a new refinement technique that will help overcome these challenges and generate cannabis-containing raw materials that meet the standards required for use in consumer packaged goods and beyond.
