Description:

PeerX.AI understands how powerful peer support is at eradicating mental health stigma and promoting mental wellness. The firm is building a platform to leverage the potential of human connection and using AI to make peer support more scalable and effective as a pro-active treatment for mental wellness. However, the utilization of digital mental health resources is low, with 90% of people stopping using such apps after just 7 days. To address this challenge, PeerX must be diligent in ensuring an excellent user experience (UX) to engage people on the platform to benefit from peer support. This project will focus on iterating the UX through a continuous loop of end-user testing, UX story creation, and technical implementation.
