Description:
The accurate measurement of dry matter intake in cattle is a key component of profitability and GHG mitigation. Currently available systems are either invasive from an animal ethology point of view, or limiting in scalability. In either case the cost is a major concern as is the lack of easy scalability. The proposed project supports the measurement of measure dry matter intake in real time.
