Description:

We plan to develop our parametric design capabilities by developing a two-stage Rapid Assessment Tool that will generate preliminary designs with basic project costing and associated proforma and, at the next stage of development, produce preliminary design drawings and cost estimates. The development of data-rich "kit-of-parts" will form the base material for this work. This strategy will help us rapidly generate design solutions for customers that tie into site-specific data to create the base program for housing solutions that will grow to include AI-driven configure/design assistant to complete design packages, with budgets, schedules, and project proforma - instantly.
