In recent years, modular construction has increasingly become recognized as an environmentally sustainable technology that is able to provide quality homes to meets the needs of Canada’s housing affordability and supply crisis. In order to fully take advantage of the potential of modular homes, companies must take off their “construction hat” and put on their “manufacturing hat”.
