Description:
ChocoSol is committed to leading the introduction and adoption of amaranth into the local farmer’s market, food markets, grocery stores, and educational workshops. Further to that, ChocoSol has spent the last 8 years adapting heirloom amaranth to local growing conditions. Our hope is to plan a larger field trial in 2024 based upon our learnings from our 2023 small plot trials in Dundas, Ontario.
