The project will involve researching and introducing effective commercial operations into NLPatent's business, with a customer success focus. There will be several opportunities to connect directly with clients to learn about common pain points and crafting a suitable workflow to ensure that these are minimized and ongoing support is provided through written and video resources, which will be created over the course of the project, separated by customer segment. Introducing more automation into the business and regular touch points with clients will also be achieved.
