Agreement Value:
$60,000.00
Agreement Date:
Oct 1, 2023 - Aug 31, 2024
Description:
The proposed project aims to develop an innovative solution for complex non-healing wounds by
creating an antimicrobial wound kit that prevents wound infection, treats various types of wound
infections, and promotes the healing process. The kit has undergone extensive preclinical surveys by
conducting over 18,000 tests to evaluate its efficacy and safety, positioning it well for the next stages of
development. The kit is a combination of novel antimicrobial agents that work synergistically to kill
bacteria and prevent the formation of biofilms, which is a common complication in chronic wound
infections that impede healing.
