Description:
The project encompasses all technical aspects of developing a proximity sensing ASIC(s), initially targeted to hands-free water saving faucets; but flexible in scope to address multiple applications requiring low-cost proximity sensing. It will include the technical feasibility, completion of the specification (technical requirements), the full product development to realize the actual integrated circuit(s), and the supporting engineering efforts to bring it into mass production. The development will be in-house, with consideration to out-sourcing some TBD portion based on technical feasibility.
