Description:
In Québec, berry production is virtually non-existent from November to May, due to low productivity levels and high production costs, particularly for energy. Greenhouses are set up with a multi-storey growing system designed to maximize the use of natural light and photosynthetic illumination. This project aims to determine the best positioning of growing slabs and the optimum planting density for strawberry plants.
