Description:

Through various marketing strategies, Covers will educate how the Forage Soybeans LS are a long-season legume which when intercropped with corn, provides many benefits to both producer and the environment. The value add to farms and producers is the Forage Soybean LS provides residual nitrogen for next year’s crop and extended grazing after silage harvest, which both lower input costs. The environment benefits by how the Forage Soybean LS improves regulation of soil temperature (protect the soil biology from hot summer temperatures), as well as improving the C:N ratio.
