Description:

As part of the international consortium project “Development of Digital Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment at Home (D-CGA@home) to Support Advanced Telemedicine”, this project will focus on remote in-home assessments. CGA is a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment process that assesses physical, cognitive, social, and environmental factors critical for the health and well-being of older adults, supporting them to age in place. This platform will extend the existing Care2Talk platform's capabilities by incorporating additional monitoring capacity via tablet, facilitating wider adoption of CGA in Canada and Japan, and empowering clinicians to better support older adults remotely
