From Village Juicery PO#1005484 Digitize our warehouse and production operations, beginning with the ordering & receipt of raw inputs to the final delivery of products to our customers in all channels. -This includes a re-building of the core ERP data and infrastructure -Establishing automated connections between core systems and spaces -Developing and deploying a customized mobile application which can be used to digitally track inventory and production throughout our 34,000 square foot production facility and refrigerated delivery fleet. Change in the Standard Operating Procedures throughout the production and fulfillment process and new digital equipment and training for each step
