The purpose of this project is to develop technology for extending the capabilities of Adaptive Engineering Inc’s successful line of wheelchair lifts for the passenger railway industry. AEI’s Mobilift is the de facto standard for providing wheelchair access to trains in North America. This project will allow the firm to incorporate the latest developments in portable wheelchair lifting technology to meet evolving industry requirements.
