Description:
Alphonse Lepage inc. is a custom wood door and window manufacturing firm. In January 2023, it overhauled its ERP system. This project made it possible to collect data on sales orders and their production, data that was previously unavailable with this level of granularity. Their needs exploded for the following: management reports, add-on modules, programming, system maintenance. The explosion of these requests puts an increased burden on the IT team. This pressure is holding back the firm’s development, growth and customer satisfaction. The project is to hire an IT resource.
