Description:

The MESH Diversity Intelligence platform evaluates the Diversity Intelligence™ of individuals, teams and organizations through unique and proprietary algorithms based on extensive research in behavioral science and DEI. The foundational enhancements in this project will create a proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) and an orchestration engine that will connect the cultural metrics that the MESH platform collects with the extensive Mesh content library, the only DEI specific LLM of its kind in the world. The second portion of the project will leverage the LLMs and the orchestration engine to create a new module in the Mesh platform to auto-generate job interview questions based on the cultural metrics of the hiring organization.
