Agreement Number:

$99,900.00
Agreement Date:
Apr 15, 2024 - Mar 31, 2025
Description:
The main human-derived tumor models (cell lines, xenografts and organoids) do not preserve the immune cells of the tumor from which they are derived. This limits the ability to effectively predict the effect of cancer immunotherapies in humans, and the ability to de-risk clinical validation. This project aims to characterize the immune microenvironment of human tumor explants and demonstrate its ability to measure an immune and cytotoxic response to a treatment applied ex vivo.
