Description:
The primary objective of this project is to elevate the overall experience of Bowhead customers by employing a dedicated Customer Experience Representative. This role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, improving communication channels, and ensuring a seamless experience from point of sale to future maintenance needs. Sierra is an adaptive athlete herself and is a leader in the adaptive MTB community. Her experience will be very beneficial to Bowhead and the overall success of our company. In addition to Customer Experience, Sierra will be managing our Sport Development Team during this project. This will contribute to marketing goals and overall brand awareness world wide.
