This project develops machine-learning-based anomaly detection software modules as part of AutoMetrics’ solutions for real-time monitoring of industrial manufacturing processes. The new modules are expected to reduce the setup and calibration time of AutoMetrics’ current system by 70% while maintaining a high accuracy of above 96%. The project entails implementations of various analytical approaches for real-time anomaly detection and testing based on the AutoMetrics dataset of labeled industrial data.
