Description:
The project aims to further establish WellFish Tech’s approach to evaluating fish health status in aquaculture and wild fish populations, in North America. A key aim of the project is to investigate the effects of sampling and shipping method on assays and resulting data. In addition, the student will aid in the evaluation of novel species which are important ecological and farmed species through Canada. Furthermore, the graduate’s knowledge of fish nutrition will significantly aid WellFish Tech in exploring the complex relationships of health status relating to nutrition.
