As we have grown, data and organization have become massively important. These projects support this. Daily Shift Report - This custom software will facilitate time entry into our ERP and data analysis. It will help us find out things like how our shifts are performing relative to historical performance, our top reason codes for downtime, and our most productive employees and supervisors. Velocity Scheduling - We are making an electronic version of the scheduling system we did last year.
