Description:
Experiment with our go-to-market strategy and create a new sales division by creating and hiring an outward facing sales team to develop a distribution partnership network throughout North America. We will be testing several new initiatives, including implementing/integrating/optimizing a CRM, creating a both a B2B ordering portal and a D2C e-commerce site, EDI integration, and more. We will also will implement and test new marketing analytics and customer service department metrics that will optimize our support to end-consumers and business relations, improve product performance, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
