The position is for a Technical Support Specialist who will collaborate with our product team and provide technical support for existing clients. Excellence in customer service is paramount so we require someone with great interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. This position will also includes close collaboration with our product and customer success teams to resolve technical issues and champion customer feedback, as well as our Customer Success team.
