The project aims to develop the control and software platform for managing and controlling the power demand of EV charging infrastructures and renewable energy resources on both local and large scale. With the advanced charging and energy management platform that combines cloud and edge computing, the system can integrate EV charging with renewables and energy storage to minimize the impact on the electrical infrastructure. It also enables opportunities to do further integrations with other electrical and user management systems, to bring seamless user experience to EV drivers.
