This project aims to quantify and mitigate some of the challenges associated with aerial mycelium production at a commercial scale. The project will uncover the root cause for deviants and contamination within the aerial mycelium growth process. Moreover, this project seeks to analyze a variety of potentially contributing factors and determine exactly what steps need to be taken in the aerial mycelium growth process to limit contamination and maximize throughput.
