The project will involve user experience design and research to help enhance the usability of our technology by integrating best practices and user feedback. Testing will be conducted to determine the readiness of the technology, in addition to highlighting any discreet user pain points. The project will involve both internal and external usability testing, which is critical in the refinement of our tool. Finally, the position will also involve various aspects of project delivery due to the breadth of projects that are ongoing at RideFlag.
