Description:
This project will evaluate the effectiveness of UV-C light to control fungal diseases like powdery mildew and rhizopus, as well as arthropod pests like two-spotted spider mites in tabletop strawberry production. We will also evaluate UV-C lights impact on strawberry yield and flavour as a result of night time treatments of UV-C light.
