Description:
The project is to develop a project management program that will include integral quality assurance steps for all products that are manufactured at our facility. As we grow in size and product offerings, our brand of custom milling for all our customers requires more scrutiny at all steps of the process which we do not have today. Our plan is to hire a young person directly out of technical college with a Mechanical Technology diploma. In reviewing their curriculum of courses they have taken over the years, fits very well into the objectives we want to achieve while offering this person a chance to gain practical experience.
