The main objective of this R&D is to develop a sophisticated Knowledge Graph, named the Miles Knowledge Core, which aims to enhance IT project management by integrating and contextualizing various technical elements such as skills, systems, platforms, roles, and tasks. This Knowledge Graph will enable more accurate and efficient decision-making processes, such as task assignment, skill identification, and onboarding, by providing a searchable and query-able interface that mimics human-like comprehension of complex relationships and contexts within IT projects.
