Mathematical modelling of granulation and heat transfer phenomenon during the atomized of molten materials into solid particulate. The project will develop unsteady state model for atomization of molten materials at full-scale. The model will also explore new designs for the atomization of molten materials that lead to space savings, and to the recovery of energy from molten materials.
