Impossible Metals Canada Inc. is undertaking a three-month project to conduct product discovery based on a preliminary business case for extending the use of existing intellectual property beyond its initial design intent. The technology initially developed for deep sea mining has been identified to have potential applicability for the offshore oil and gas decommissioning market enabling a lower-cost and lower-risk solution to the existing use of divers and ROVs in the final stage of decommissioning.
