Description:

The proposed project is dedicated to building the foundational infrastructure for a Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) based real-time recommendation engine, specifically designed for high-value processes in the financial services sector. While our current tools already collect contextual data around these critical workflows, this project will establish the groundwork for developing 'specialized' AI models that are tailored to these high-stakes processes, enabling even greater efficiencies across the financial sector. The initiative will ensure the that real-time recommendations are contextual to the process, ultimately, enhancing performance, compliance and regulatory alignment.
