Description:
Jordan has been working for the past 3 months on a high speed hydraulic punching system for a rollforming line. It consists of a piercing and a cutting hydraulic press. He went through the adaptation of a reference design, the sizing of the actuators (servo motors, valves, cylinders) and is now finalizing the detailing of the drawings before releasing for production
In the near future and for the next 3-4 months, he will enter our junior hands on learning program where he will support the testing and assembly team through the validation of the capabilities of different production lines. The objective is to give him a better understanding of the common issues of our products to then improve our design once he is back into design.
