Description:
As part of the international consortium project “FVS II”, this project will focus on the development of the Fusion Vision System (FVS), a durable augmented reality platform engineered for the firefighting profession. This system contains many functions such as thermal imaging, enhanced visibility features, live video streaming capabilities, and integrated sensor technology. The FVS is designed with the North American market in mind. This project aims to enhance the overall software usability, with a particular emphasis on refining the UI elements for better alignment with Japanese user preferences. Additionally, this revision seeks to improve the hardware design, broadening its functional versatility for users, including full AR helmet integration, and a full-seal design for better performance in the extreme temperature environments.
