Description:
This project is part of the evolving field of forest harvesting automation, aimed at bringing to market a product to facilitate the cutting of wood during harvesting operations. The aim is to improve productivity by taking into account the shape of trees, which can affect up to 20% of yield and lead to significant losses. In addition, the system created will make it easier to track the volume of wood harvested in real time, enabling forestry companies to optimize their transport logistics chains.
